- 1 zucchini
- 1 carrot
- 100 grams of vanitas
- 1/2 bell bell pepper
- 1 onion
- 1 celery stalk
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 2 tablespoons tomato sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil
Lo primero que haremos para preparar esta receta es lavar bien los vegetales que vamos a usar picamos en tiras la cebolla, el pimiento y el celery cortamos en bastones la zanahoria y el calabacín cortamos diagonal las vainitas y picamos finamente el ajo, luego cocinamos al vapor la zanahoria y vainitas.

In a frying pan we put a dash of olive oil and put the onion and garlic to sauté, when wilted we add the bell pepper and sauté for 2 minutes, then we add the celery and sauté for two minutes and then we add the zucchini.
Add a pinch of salt and pepper, stir and sauté for 3 minutes, add the carrot and vanitas and mix to integrate the flavors, then add the sauce, stir and cook for 3 minutes, remove from heat.
Once our sautéed dish is ready, we put sesame seeds on top and we can serve it as a garnish in a main dish or we can also enjoy it in a light dinner.
