Morning practice routine with my friend @wizdombg

Hey, hivers!

The day has started very good as any other day!
I when to visit my friend @wizdombg who is a body movement teacher, he teaches all different kinds of “sports” or body “movements” like: MMA, djudjico, yoga, boxing and basic movements of the body in general, without weight lifting...

In this video you can an very easy yoga posture called “cat and cow” that has multiple benefits for the body starting from your lower spine all the way up to the crown of your head helps you move your spine in forward “anterior pelvic tilt” and “posterior tilt” all you need to keep your spine in a good health will be adding a left and a right twist to your daily movement routine.


And this is one of simplest exercises you can do for a spinal twist.


You can also give a try to this exercise that is very good your hamstrings, shoulders and spinal twist again, basic mobility again...
