Healthy & Tasty " Dry Mixed Vegetable Recipe" with 22 photographs step wise

Today I am sharing my favorite recipe veg dish “Dry Mixed Vegetable Recipe”, which I am eating from childhood, this dish is not only famous for taste but it have health benefits and can be use more vegetable in it. Now I am sharing here step wise photographs in this post, hope you all will like it.

Ingredients
• 1 Cauliflower (Gobi)
• 1 Carrots (Gajjar)
• 1 mid-size Brinjal
• 1 radish(mooli)
• 250g Indian flat beans
• 3-4 Mid-size Potato
• 9-10 cloves Garlic
• 1 big size Onion
• 1 Tomatoes
• 2 Green Chilies
• 1 inch Ginger piece
• 1 tsp Jeera powder (Cumin)
• 1 tsp Haldi Powder (Turmeric)
• 1 small tsp Red Chili Powder
• 2 tsp Coriander Powder
• 1 tsp Garam(mixture of spices) Masala
• Salt as per taste
• Mustered Oil for Cooking

Preparation Method: -
Step 1-
• Make appropriate slices/pieces of the Cauliflower, potato, Tomato, Carrots, Brinjal, radish, Indian flat beans and onion and keep aside in plate.
• Crush garlic, green chilies and ginger in grinder keep it on bowl, no need to make paste.

Step 2:-
Heat the oil in Frying pan over mid flame and add all vegetable small pieces and fry it till it became light brown, refer image for your reference.

Keep aside this fried vegetables pieces on plate.

Step 3:-
Heat the oil in Frying pan over mid flame. Now add cumin seed/green chili/bay leaf in it, when cumin seed sound crackle,

Add onion slices on it and fry for a minute to Onion slices.....

Now add crushed ginger/garlic/chili on it and add Tomato slices and fry it for 2-3 minute

Now add fried vegetables on it and mix it well...

Now Add turmeric powder and salt as per teste and mix it well for 2-3 minute, please keep cover while frying

Now add Cumin, Red Chilli, Coriander Powder and Garam (mixture of spices) Masala powder in it. Fry it for 3-4 minute more

Step 4:-
Now your Mixed Vegetable dry recipe dish is ready and have with rice or Indian bread. Please refer image of ready dish.
