"Food For Health or Food for Taste" My Actifit Report Card: September 3 2021


Namaste 🙏 Dear friends, We can categories food into two types, one for our good health and second for taste. Now decision is yours.

In my opinion I do cheating diet, one or two time in a week I took food for taste, that called cheating diet☺.

We
At last excersies or walking 5k steps minimum each day, will keep you fit.

I have completed 5004 steps yesterday.
