How are you all. Hope all are you good. The best thing in bengali that they love to eat fish.And the ingredients of cooking fish is potato. That's the thing is Bengali life and cooking recipe was not complete without fish and potato. So its our traditional food. So now today i,m going to cooked our traditional food fish and Potato. Cat fish is our favourite there are found many type of catfish. This cat fish name in Bengali is tengra fish. Now i will show how to cooke catfish curry with potatoes.
Catfish curry with potatoes
Ingredients
1.Catfish
2.potatoes
3.onion
4.green chilli
5.ginger paste-1 tbsp
6.garlic paste-1 tbsp
7.Cumin paste-1 tbsp
8.Coriander paste-1 tbsp
9.Turmeric powder-1 and 1/2 tbsp
10.Red chilli powder -1 and 1/2 tbsp
11.salt-1 and 1/2 tbsp
12.onion paste-1 tbsp
13.Oil
Process
How to cooked catfish curry with potatoes
step-1
First i will cut catfish and wash it.. Then clean it nicely. Then keep it in a bowl.

Fry potato
Now i will fry potato for that i will want 3 step to fry potatoes work.
A.chop some potatoes and also keep it in a plate.

After that i will take a pan in a stove take some oil and give all chop potato into the pan and give 1/2 tbsp red chilli powder, 1/2 tbsp Turmeric powder,1/2 tbsp salt .

Now i will stir it with spoon and fry potatoes. Potato was fried.

Fry onions and spices
There are many step to cooked spices and onions

Again i will take a pan take some oil and give some chop onions. I will half fry the onions.

Then i will give 1 tbsp onion paste.

Now i will give 1 tbsp ginger paste

I will give 1 tbsp ginger paste

I will give 1 tbsp garlic paste and 1 tbsp coriander paste.

Mixed all the spices. I will give some water and keep it 4 minutes to fry all the spices.

Paste spices was fry now i will give powder spices. I will give 1 tbsp Turmeric powder.

I will give 1 tbsp red chilli powder and 1 tbsp salt in it. Again give some water and fry all the Spices.
Spices was cooked. Remembered one thing if spices was not cooked perfectly then the taste was become good.
step-4
Now i will give all fried potatoes into the pan. Mixed ot with spices and give some water. Keep it abou 6-7 minuets for cooked.

At last when potato was cooked i will give all catfish into the pan. And cooked it about 15 to 20 minutes. The catfish was small so there need only few minutes to cooked.
My cooking was finished. Catfish curry with potatoes was cookef.now i will serve it in a bowl. Then eat it with white rice.
