Spring has definitely sprung on this #beersaturday. The whether is getting warmer. And we are in the middle of March Madness.
How mad is "March Madness"? Well funny thing is I started this post on Saturday and I am now finishing the post early Sunday morning.
Everything seems to take a backseat as soon as tip off occurs. So there I was typing along when the Mrs. @handofzara called out "you are going to miss the start of the game!"
And if you are interested the game that could not be missed was NC State v. Oakland. Go Pack!

I like starting my #beersatruday sessions with an IPA. And last night I enjoyed a juicy tropical IPA called Giggle Switch.
BEER NAME: Giggle Switch
STYLE: New England IPA
ABV: 7.2%
BREWER: Southern Pines Brewing of Southern Pines North Carolina
APPEARANCE: medium amber in color, cloudy and pours with a medium head
AROMA: fruity
TASTE: tropical fruit, almost sweet, with subdued hops
MOUTHFEEL: medium body, mild carbonation with a nice finish that lingers
And the most joyous part of last night was an NC State Victory over a great Oakland team.
Spring has sprung in the Carolinas!
