Splinterlands Card Giveaway

Each week I host a giveaway for one of the original Reward Edition Splinterlands cards. Most of these cards have been out-of-print for almost two years, so new players can only get them in the market, and that can be pretty expensive. These giveaways are a way to help players build their deck for free.

This Week's Giveaway

For this week's Blast From The Past Giveaway, I'm giving away this Level 1 Wood Nymph card.

Everyone needs a helping hand once in a while and since before the splintering, the Wood Nymph has been there to heal those she feels worthy. Skilled Battle Mages have learned the ability to summon the Wood Nymph to aide their team in the arena. While not a powerful being, she has turned the tide of many a battle and snatched victory from the jaws of defeat for her team on more than one occasion with the timely healing of the team tank.

The Wood Nymph card has always been a highly sought after card. Her Tank Heal and Strengthen abilities can make all the difference between victory and defeat in the arena. Not too surprisingly, the cheapest level 1 Wood Nymph is priced at a very respectable $2.52 on the Splinterlands market.

If you are just starting out and haven't been able to add a Wood Nymph card to your deck or just need another one to level yours up, then you should get in on this giveaway. This card will be sent to one lucky winner when this contest closes at post payout time. If this Wood Nymph card doesn't fit in with your master plan for Splinterlands domination, or if you lack the skill and wisdom necessary to achieve victory with it, you can always rent it to someone else or try to sell it in the market.
