CINE token BURN proposal - CINE tribe can do token proposals!

One very interesting tool for tribes since outpost has come out, the CINE DAO! CINE DAO is a place where we can give out CINE tokens to different people for any number of reasons - from funding a short film to subsidizing a community project - within a common framework.

Proposals can be seen at https://www.cinetv.blog/proposals

As you can see there are no proposals yet!

CINE DAO does have some interesting characteristics though, like the max duration of 30 days. This extremely limits the power of any one proposal to dominate the inflation pool.

It also requires 100,000 CINE worth of votes in order to get funded. This vote threshold is somewhat arbitrary, as Splintertalk Token Fund episode showed. SPT:SPT fund had an arbitrarily low threshold, easy enough for a single investor to get over, and they raised their cap quite a bit after a proposal was submitted that some stakers didn't like.

So, its not really a DAO if the rules can be changed at will by a centralized authority.

A more centralized way to go about this is to establish what is called a

BURN PROPOSAL

The short, one month nature of the CINE DAO makes this a little bit more hands on (instead of creating and voting a burn proposal dynamic threshold over 700 days, for example).

But this BURN propsal has a second reason, and that is to test this whole process.

100% of the CINE tokens received by this proposal will go to @null.

If holders of CINE tokens vote this proposal to higher than 100,000 CINE threshold, the tokens will go to @null, and any other proposal will have to reach a higher level than it to get funding, because it is asking for everything.

This first proposal will be a good test to the system for the CINE community, and make sure all stakeholders know how and where to access the relevant information and make their votes.
