Hello, friends especially foodies!
Today at 12 something we arrived at Grand Shopping Center, Central Jakarta. There we straightly went to one of the supermarket in west mall, foodhall. Inside, there was a foodcourt, not large but it was clean and neat.
Here how it looked like
Not many foodstalls here but, the supermarket itself had the chef and they sold some indonesian food package and also western.
Here was the foodstall where mom ordered her lunch. Also i took a pict of their menu.
And i ordered my lunch on the foodhall's stall. Mom then paid for our lunch and also the mineral water.
Here, they had an open kitchen, you could see the chef who cooks for you. And it also had a quite large dining area which always clean and neat, a comfy place to dine in.
Mom's came first then i needed to take my order back to the stall. Here how our lunch looked like
The taste
Mom's was eastern noodle, it was bakmi kangkung (kale noodle). It was an indonesian authentic noodle. It had the toppings like chicken, kale and beansprouts. Mom put the spicy sour chilli sauce and lime press on it. It had savory and a bit sweet flavour with thick soup. The chicken had tasty savory flavour(i tried it and said it was the best). Mom's lunch today was delicious.
While mine, i ordered the western noodle, pasta, this time spaghetti carbonara. It had savory cheesy flavour. So delicious with the perfect texture of spaghetti. Soooo delicious, it was beyond my expectation, even it was tastier than i had had in a more expensive restaurants. You should try it too :9! I put the chilli sauce to bring the sweet sour spicy flavour.
And we also ordered the fish balls. It had sweet savory flavour and you could taste the fish in it. Delicious, Love it too!
For the lunch and also mineral water we paid 96,700 IDR or around 6.72 USD.
The tasty lunch made us wanna try other menu they had next time.
