Para hacer estĂĄs galletas necesitamos:
- 250 gr de mantequilla.
- 250 gr de azĂșcar.
- 500 gr de harina de trigo.
- 1 huevo.
- Esencia de mantecado.
- 20 gr de cacao en polvo.
To make these cookies we need:
- 250 gr of butter.
- 250 gr of sugar.
- 500 gr of wheat flour.
- 1 egg.
- Essence of ice cream.
- 20 gr of cocoa powder.
Es una receta bastante fĂĄcil de hacer. Comenzamos colocando la mantequilla y la azĂșcar y batimos bien hasta que todo se integre bien.
It is a fairly easy recipe to make. We start by placing the butter and sugar and beat well until everything is well integrated.
Luego de que vemos que la mantequilla y la azĂșcar estĂĄ bien integrada agregamos el huevo.

Ahora vamos a dividir la masa en dos partes.
