Its been at least about 25 band auditions and i finally unlocked the 4th spot for a band member. The County tour is now open for me to play. For now im still just going to keep doing missions for bits. I havent bought many cards past couple days since im focusing some funds to keep expanding my farm in dcrops. Also the Petrol cans seem to be the new thing to figure out. Not sure if you need to keep buying a bunch in order to unlock some of the missions, maybe someone reading can give me a small lesson about whats up with petrol cans.
Seems to be some high level requirements to get to the next part of the map after country tour and to start doing the manager mission eventually.

Seems to be some rebounding after yesterdays bloodbath on prices and my thoughts and feelings arent quite settled, but it is what it is and theres only one way forward.
