Hello there, black-and-white photography lovers!

At the end of last month, I had the chance to go to Mochima's Bay. This is a National Park composed of several island each with a unique beach. I went to one I had not visited since I was very young: Las Maritas. The water is green and clear and I found some people fishing plus other interesting thing to photograph.

I spent a long time walking around and taking photos before getting into the usual beach activities. So before enjoying, I went to get some interesting takes of my surroundings.

These beaches have the added benefit of a road to thread inland. They are small, but that means they have some unique features in their vegetations and fauna. I wish I had had my shoes to go on a hike to see what plants and other things I could find in that island, but with flip-flops on my feet, that looked that a really bad idea.

Enjoy the takes, the squid I hold in my hands was a catch by the fisher kid I have in one photo. He was kind enough to let me hold it for a photo.

¡Bueno día, amantes de las fotografías en blanco y negro!

Durante el final del mes pasado, tuve la oportunidad de ir a la Bahía de Mochima. Este Parque Nacional está compuesto por varias islas. Cada una cuenta con una playa de características únicas. En esta ocasión, terminé en Las Maritas, una playa que no pisaba desde que era niño. El agua es de un verde espectacular y encontré también algunas personas pescando. Todo estaba puesto para tomar fotos.

Me tomé un rato caminando de un lado a otro y tomando fotografías antes de lanzarme a las actividades playeras. Antes de disfrutar, hay que trabajar.

Estas playas cuentan con caminos que dan lejos del mar. Así se puede explorar la vegetación y ver qué animales habitan las mismas. Son pequeñas, pero eso solo las hace más interesantes. Ojalá hubiera tenido unos zapatos. Hacer este recorrido en chanclas es una mala idea por la cantidad de rocas y cactus en la vía.

Disfruten de algunas de las tomas de ese día. El calamar que tengo en mis manos fue la pesca del día del niño que sale en las fotos. Fue bastante amable y me dejó sujetar su captura para sacarle una foto.
