Summary of what i learnt from the prayer meeting.
Isaiah 55 :6 - 11
Seek ye the LORD while he may be found, call ye upon him while he is near:
Let the wicked forsake his way, and the unrighteous man his thoughts: and let him return unto the LORD, and he will have mercy upon him; and to our God, for he will abundantly pardon.
For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, saith the LORD.
For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts.
For as the rain cometh down, and the snow from heaven, and returneth not thither, but watereth the earth, and maketh it bring forth and bud, that it may give seed to the sower, and bread to the eater:
So shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it.
GENESIS 2:18
And the LORD God said, It is not good that the man should be alone; I will make him an help meet for him.
We are married to Christ.
We should be faithful as he is faithful. Spiritually speaking, Jesus Christ is the loveliest husband.
The church is married to Christ and Jesus is the Bride groom.
MATTHEW 24:7
For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom: and there shall be famines, and pestilences, and earthquakes, in divers places.
We do not know what is ahead of us, We must therefore be prepared.
HEBREWS 12:1
Wherefore seeing we also are compassed about with so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which doth so easily beset us, and let us run with patience the race that is set before us,
GALATIANS 6:2
Bear ye one another's burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ.
There are burdens we must lay aside and burdens we must carry .
LUKE 9:23
And he said to them all, If any man will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross daily, and follow me.
MATTHEW 11:29
Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls.
JEREMIAH 5:25
Your iniquities have turned away these things, and your sins have withheld good things from you.
EPHESIANS 2:10
For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them.
To run effectively, we must put away heavy yoke.
Burdens Like sin, wickedness and bitterness that will prevent us from running fast should be put away.
But we must carry and wear burdens such as the Doctrines of God.
We should run towards one direction.
Running prevents delay and Running is faster than walking.
To run faster, we must some things aside such as wickedness and iniquity.
We must not carry burdens that will slow us and hinder us from doing good works.
We also need to help one another and we need to exalt one another.
If the process of helping one another is not right, then we will not be fulfilling the law.
We are admomished to bear the burdens of one another.
PHILIPPIANS 2:13
For it is God which worketh in you both to will and to do of his good purpose.
THE ROMANS 15:4
For whatsoever things were written aforetime were written for our learning, that we through patience and comfort of the Scriptures might have hope.
THE ROMANS 15:5
Now the God of patience and consolation grant you to be likeminded one toward another according to Christ Jesus:
THE ROMANS 15:6
That ye may with one mind and one mouth glorify God, even the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ.
THE ROMANS 15:7
Wherefore receive ye one another, as Christ also received us to the glory of God.
We cannot help one another if we don't accept and receive one another.
We must have one mind.
We cannot reject anyone.
To bear each others burdens we must have one direction and we must be like minded.
Fulfilling the law has a way, and a process, so must Do it orderly.
Christ received us, We must receive others.
I CORINTHIANS 5:13
But them that are without God judgeth. Therefore put away from among yourselves that wicked person.
Part of the doctrines of God is to accept Those called by God.
