A macaroon is originated in Italy. It is a a small cake made from dessicated coconut, sugar and sometimes any other flavourings, colouring, or a combination of other ingredients according to your taste. Some people use sweetened condensed milk and eggs. There are raisin in the center of the cake. It pleasant to looks the colorful macaroons. I found these in a bakery that I passed by while walking today.
