Las hojas que utilice vienen de la planta llamada Caña la India, es utilizada como medicina alternativa para sanar el cuerpo humano, ya que tiene propiedades cicatrizantes y antiséptico. Además de tratar infecciones de orina, cistitis, piedra o arenillas en los riñones.

The leaves I use come from the plant called Caña la India, it is used as an alternative medicine to heal the human body, as it has healing and antiseptic properties. In addition to treating urinary tract infections, cystitis, stone or grit in the kidneys.

Ya aclarado sus beneficios! Vamos a empezar.. es un cuadro muy sencillo que puedes hacer en la comunidad de tu casa.

Already clarified its benefits! Let's start ... it is a very simple picture that you can make in the community of your home.

Materiales:

•cartulina
•pega blanca
•pincel delgado
•tijera
•5 hojas (caña la india)
•pintura al frío (amarillo)

Materials:

•cardboard
•white glue
•thin brush
•scissors
•5 leaves (Indian cane)
•cold paint (yellow)

Proceso / Process:

Paso 1: para comenzar colocamos nuestra hoja al revés y con los dedos agregamos pega por toda la hoja para que pegue bien en el centro de la cartulina.

Step 1: to begin we place our sheet upside down and with our fingers we add glue throughout the sheet so that it sticks well in the center of the cardboard.

Paso 2: ya pegada nuestra hoja, recortamos a la mitad las 4 hojas más pequeñas que serían las patas, deben recortarse un poco para que no sobren en el cuadro, con lo que quedó restante lo utilice para la cabeza.

Step 2: once our sheet is glued, we cut the 4 smaller sheets that would be the legs in half, they should be cut a little so that they do not remain in the frame, with what was left I use it for the head.

Paso 3: De está manera ya tiene forma nuestra tortuga! Ahora procedemos a realizar círculos grandes y pequeños con la pintura al frío.

Step 3: In this way our turtle is already in shape! Now we proceed to make large and small circles with cold paint.

Paso 4: Luego realice unos diseños en los bordes para decorar y ya de esta manera finalizamos nuestro hermoso cuadro de tortuga.

Step 4: Then make some designs on the edges to decorate and in this way we finish our beautiful turtle painting.
