Hi guys. After a short break, I am sharing a trip again. Before I talk about my trip, I want to talk about the @trliste contest. The results of the competition, which we participated as a community, were announced today. At the end of this first contest, it was a good result for everyone who entered the contest. At the same time, we are happy to have gained this experience together. I would like to thank @damla, @baycan, @emrebeyler who pioneered this and everyone who organized, participated and contributed big and small.

Bugün topluluk olarak katıldığımız yarışmanın sonuçları açıklandı. Bu ilk yarışmamızın sonunda, yarışmaya katılan herkes için güzel bir sonuç oldu. Aynı zamanda hep birlikte bu tecrübeyi edinmiş olmanın mutluluğu içerisindeyiz. The place I want to tell you today is one of the Barbecues, of which I have told an example before and I will probably introduce many more in the future. Again, in Balçova, which I have mentioned a few places before; Smoke Meat-Barbecue. I've been here a few times before. But I haven't been able to go since the pandemic. While we were talking about this place of business, which is frequented by one of my friends, by chance, we decided to go. Since we decided to go a few days before, we got our food and drinks in an organized way before we left. Since my friend is more experienced in this kind of workplaces and life, he brought his hookah.

Gene daha önce birkaç yerini anlattığım, Balçovada bulunan; Duman Et-Mangal. Buraya daha önce de birkaç kez gitmiştim. Fakat pandemiden beridir gidemiyordum. Arkadaşlarımdan birisinin uğrak bir yeri olan, bu iş yeri hakkında, tesadüfen konuşurken, gitmeye karar verdik. Bir kaç gün öncesinden gitme kararı aldığımız için organize bir şekilde, gitmeden önce, yiyeceklerimizi, içeceklerimizi aldık. Arkadaşım bu tarz iş yerleri ve hayatla da ilgili daha tecrübeli olduğu için, nargilesini de getirdi.
The name "smoke" is a name given to represent the smoke from the barbecues. In fact, there is nothing complex about this workplace. It has a grassy garden and a makeshift building. That's what makes being here attractive. You can sit at the tables in the garden, take off your shoes and step on the grass. In the burnt barbecue offered by the workplace, you can consume your food hot and in pieces. Next to the barbecue, the workplace offers 2 types of appetizers, salads and service per person. You pay an attractive price per person for these and you end up having a picnic where you don't have to worry about collecting the table, dishes, and extinguished barbecue. Moreover, you do this as if you are in the garden of your home, without leaving the city center. In metropolitan cities, to live in a house with a garden, you have to pay rent at very high costs or pay a large amount and buy this house. Since many people do not have such an opportunity, such workplaces offer you this opportunity. Even though you already have a house with a garden, it makes more sense to me since you won't be living every day.
Duman ismi, mangallardan tüten dumanı temsilen verilmiş bir isim. Aslında bu iş yerinin kompleks bir olayı yok. Çimenli bir bahçesi ve derme çatma bir binası var. Bir çok insanın böyle bir imkanı olmadığı için, bu tarz iş yerleri size bu fırsatı sunuyor. Zaten Bahçeli bir eviniz olsa da her gün oturmayacağınız için böylesi bana daha mantıklı geliyor.
The area where the workplace is located is far from homes. So that no one is disturbed. Everyone is having fun. Children were also considered and a playground was built. There is an area where they can play and run as they please. Although the part about children is not our concern, it is also good for us that children are happy and away from the environment where alcohol and cigarettes are used. My friend's child, who was at our table, was no longer a child, so he preferred to focus on lighting the barbecue and hookah. We had an enjoyable evening together.
İş yerinin bulunduğu bölge, evlerden uzak. Böylece kimse rahatsız olmuyor. Herkes gönlünce eğleniyor. Çocuklar da düşünülmüş ve bir oyun alanı yapılmış. Gönüllerince oynayıp koşturabilecekleri bir alan bulunuyor. Çocukla ilgi olan kısım bizi çok ilgilendirmese de çocukların alkol ve sigara kullanılan ortamdan uzakta ve mutlu olmaları bizim için de iyi bir şey. Bizim masamızda bulunan, arkadaşımın çocuğu ise artık bir çocuk olmadığı için, mangalı ve nargileyi yakmakla ilgilenmeyi tercih etti. Hep birlikte keyifli bir akşam geçirdik.
