We have witnessed some bull -ish movement in the cryptoverse which is really amazing; we have waited so long for the bear storm that hit the verse to be over. It hasn’t been easy but I say we have come a long way considering the tears that were flowing in this platform and on other social spaces when the blood bath began to take over. One effective way of dealing with a loss or a difficult patch is understating that it is normal and accepting the present.
Life is ebbs and flows. Sometimes it’s soft and sometimes it isn’t, but we keep adjust and pushing forward.
The cryptoverse is showing signs of recovery; even our precious hive is equally flexing every now and then but it’s an indication of a shift coming. I remember when I newly joined hive, the worth of hive was way more and hbd and hive power earning used to be juicier. Then came the crash and the vote value 25% upvote started looking a lot like 10%. It wasn’t funny but here we are.
The general state of the world’s economy and financial planes still worries all of us. It’s almost like the entire world financial system is experiencing a bear run and everyone is suffering greatly.
When the decline in crypto margins began, everyone started talking about the need to have diverse sources of incomes and not just completely dependent on crypto. Right now, nothing feels dependable, even with multiple streams of income, you’d still feel the brunt.

The slowdown is unnerving. The effect of this global financial rises might take a little while for us to recover from. What is happening in ukraine is gonna have a ripple effect that’ll take a huge toll on us. The supply chains are fucked, and there is no unfucking them.
It appears we are in for one helluva storm and my country is literally in the middle of a disaster. For weeks some places have been buried under water. The states of Kogi - Lokoja, Anambara... have experienced such disheartening floods, the videos are too scary to watch. Houses swallowed, people dead, families displaced, big pythons drowned, livestock all gone, dead bodies were even washed up, it is crazy.
Apparently, the water is coming from Lagdo Dam in Cameroon. This began on 13 September and could very much last till November. As a country that’s barely surviving, this is literally the worst thing that could be happening.
I even hear the water had moved to Lagos state, who knows the next time I write could be from under the water or something. I’m scared for all of us, Nigeria and the whole world. It appears things will get worse before they get better.
There is a lot of work to be done to repair the mess we’re in. The world has never see anything quite like it. I pray we all love to tell tales of this nightmare.
