THANKHuman right is one of the most common word I hear very commonly because it is one of the most common thing and every human have their specific rights to speak and there are so many rights will be given by the government to the every human are exist in the Earth and there are some age limits in the allotation of the laws one example like the 18 years of people are make their identity proves the vital identity proves. And there are so many laws and so many rights will be given by the government to protect yourself.

But nowadays maximum humans don't know their right because the less awareness will be taken by the government that's why the human rights will be push down Day by Day because the human right awareness are not taking by the government to aware the people and know their rights to surviving and there are so many situations are created like when you want some places like big restaurants etc and then when you entering this big restaurants there are some specific dress code to entry and sitting this restaurant. That's why this is a wrong way to treat a person who want to enter or eat some food in their restaurants so that is one of the wrong thing will be creating nowadays in very famous restaurants in the India or in the world that's why the human right is very important and the human rights awareness are also very important to people can know their rights fart surviving.

Human rights are fundamental rights and freedoms that belong to every person, regardless of their nationality, ethnicity, religion, or any other status. These rights are inherent to all individuals by virtue of their humanity and are protected by international law. The concept of human rights encompasses civil, political, economic, social, and cultural rights. I want to taking some key points in the front of you that there are dividation of the human rights in so many parts let's begin.

1. Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR)

This program is adopted by the unity of national general assembly in 1948. the UDHR is a foundational document that outlines a broad range of civil, political, economic, social, and cultural rights. It sets a common standard for human rights globally.

The Universal Declaration begins by recognising that 'the inherent dignity of all members of the human family is the foundation of freedom, justice and peace in the world'.

The Universal Declaration includes civil and political rights, like the right to life, liberty, free speech and privacy.

2. International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights (ICCPR):

The adaptation of this treaty have the unique story because the adaptation of these treaty will be taken in the 1966 in very pressure full time will be going on by the peoples of politician and civilincluding the right to life, freedom of speech, freedom of religion, and the right to a fair trial.

3. International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights.(ICESCR)

In the same year these treaty are also adopt by the politician and normal public in the country this convenant addressing economy of social and the cultural right such as a right to work the right to education and the right toadequate standard of living.

This all vital rights are adapt in the 1966 that is a very important writes for the people education right to work this is one of the most vital thing for surviving in the Earth that's why the human rights will be mention these types of important rights in their treaty and every person have their specific rights .

4. Convention on the Rights of the Child (CRC):

This treaty will be adapt in the 1989 the specifically focusing on right of Children's including all rights of Education Healthcare and reproduction for exploitation.

And I also mention in the above every age group have their Pacific loss and rights to survive in the Earth that's why the children have their specific right to education right to healthcare and protection also. Our government have running some campaigns on the children protection as you know the children production . And Gorman will be running specific team for child protection and giving some numbers to contact for any problem facing by a child after you calling the taking action from your behalf.

5. Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination Against Women (CEDAW):

The adaptation of these treaty will be held in 1979 and it will be mainly focusing on women's andaims to eliminate discrimination against women in all areas of life. And this type of loss will be very important for surviving a woman in the Earth or in the any country because every woman have their rights because in day by day the woman are very unsafe in any country as you know there are so many bad news so many cases are coming up. That's why woman writes are very important for them.
