Breathing, such a simple and natural act that connects us with life, I am alive! Doing it consciously connects me with the brain, the cells, the heart, the emotions, the organs, with our whole body.

The human being - I am talking about the being - who expresses himself, who feels, lives his emotions and in these constant changes, if we pay attention to him, breathing is fundamental. Conscious of being part of a whole and being energy.

If we are anguished, angry or stressed; we breathe agitated, if we are sad; we are short of breath and if we are in love; we have excess and we sigh...

We inhabit a body and also a space as part of a whole, where that whole is energy. As expressed by quantum physics.

The cellular biologist Bruce Lipton in his book: The Honeymoon Effect, mentions: "The human being has multiple cells, they are energy vortices, it is true that it seems that we inhabit a physical body, but it is an illusion, we are energy"....

We have an extraordinary power in us to change our emotions, even to heal any condition. This happens when we align our energy. As Caroline Myss states in her book: Anatomy of Spirit "we are energy and we get sick when we are not aligned with mind, body and spirit".

We are all connected from the smallest to the immensity of the stars.

I can assure you of the multiple benefits of making our breathing conscious. Creating habits such as meditation, breathing, exercise, combined with a healthy diet, helps us to become calm, centered and in harmony with our energy. It leads to a higher quality of life.

By observing my breathing in a conscious state, I connect with my emotional and mental processes, recognizing moments of anguish, anxiety, uneasiness, allowing me to modify them. Pause. Stand up, withdraw, close your eyes and breathe.

The changes and benefits occur little by little, with practice. Creating habits. Putting aside immediacy.

Te invito hacer una breve practica - I invite you to make a brief practice

Wherever you are now, find a place and give yourself 5 minutes to connect with your conscious breathing. In this brief practice you will find benefits such as calm, tranquility, peace. Keeping in mind that it is a process that is done little by little and its benefits are achieved with practice.

-Sit in a comfortable place, if you are sitting put your back straight and your feet on the floor or if you prefer you can lie down.

-Close your eyes

-Inhale deeply from the nose inflating the abdomen, hold it in the chest, count to three, in that count becomes present the beat of your heart and exhale through the mouth taking all the air out of the abdomen, gradually relaxing our body, repeat again, a minimum of three times.

-The grateful cells flow through our body in harmony, the brain clears calming down, our heart calms down and we stay there with normal breathing, fluid, slow, running through the whole body.

The breath brings you back to the here and now, -Welcome-.
