Hive Margarita sigue trabajando, pero sobre todo buscando la manera más efectiva de hacerlo, pues como ya les he comentado a pesar de vivir en una isla pequeña las distancias entre un lugar y otro son bastante largas por lo que se dificultan la asistencia de todos a los encuentros y en consecuencia el trabajo también se nos complica bastante, por lo que vamos a sumar una nueva estrategia de trabajo. Esta estrategia consiste en reunirnos más seguido los que estamos cerca, para temas puntuales y trabajos específicos, y dejar los meetups grandes un poco más distanciados. Así que tomando eso en consideración pudimos dividirnos en tres grupos de acción lo que es bastante genial y me tiene súper emocionada porque en el municipio donde vivo hay un buen número de Hivers, que justamente por lo lejos que queda la zona donde hemos hecho los meetups no han podido acercarse y esperamos que trabajando ahora en el municipio puedan incorporarse y activarse. Y con esto en mente el día de ayer nos reunimos en la pizzería Baguette Bistró de nuestro Municipio, @floreudys79, @dennisemata y yo, para conversar un poco sobre Hive por supuesto, tratar de organizar un meetup con otros hivers del municipio y ayudarles con unas cositas que necesitaban, y la verdad pasamos un momento genial, aprendiendo cosas nuevas las unas de las otras, tanto que la hora se nos fue sin darnos cuenta, al punto que mi esposo llamó para preguntar cuando regresaba 🤣 Lo genial de todo es que no nos toma más de 5 minutos llegar ahí desde nuestras casas lo que es maravilloso, ya que no tenemos que estar apurados por tema transporte como sucede cuando nos reunimos en el C.C. La Vela por ejemplo, donde nos toca estar contra reloj, así que esta estrategia puede funcionar siempre y cuando haya la disposición de los demás claro está. Por su parte @claudimar, aunque no vive en el municipio, el suyo queda al lado del nuestro y ya manifestó su deseo de unirse al team de Antolin (municipio donde vivo), así que será una manera de ir creciendo, ya que se nos facilitaría muchísimo trabajar con el onboarding, sobre todo con la atención posterior de los nuevos usuarios, ya que será mucho más sencillo, así que como ven por aquí estamos buscando alternativas para que el trabajo sea más eficiente y al mismo tiempo creando recuerdos increíbles junto a gente que siente la misma pasión que yo por Hive. Hablamos muchisimo, aprendimos cosas nuevas y comimos rico. ¿Qué más se puede pedir? Solo agradecer a Hive la dicha de poder ser parte de todo esto ♥️♥️

And with this in mind yesterday we met at Baguette Bistró pizzeria in our municipality, @floreudys79, @dennisemata and I, to talk a little about Hive of course, try to organize a meetup with other hivers of the municipality and help them with some things they needed, and the truth is we had a great time, learning new things from each other, so much that the hour went without realizing it, to the point that my husband called to ask when he was coming back 🤣 The great thing is that it doesn't take us more than 5 minutes to get there from our homes which is wonderful, since we don't have to be in a hurry because of transportation issues as it happens when we meet at La Vela shopping center for example, where we have to be against the clock, so this strategy can work as long as there is the willingness of others of course. For his part @claudimar, although he does not live in the municipality, his is next to ours and has already expressed his desire to join the team of Antolin (municipality where I live), so it will be a way to grow, as it would be much easier to work with the onboarding, especially with the subsequent care of new users, as it will be much easier, so as you see around here we are looking for alternatives to make the work more efficient and at the same time creating incredible memories with people who feel the same passion as I do for Hive.
