Big Wall Street banks, including Goldman Sachs (NYSE:GS), Morgan Stanley (NYSE:MS) and JPMorgan Chase (NYSE:JPM), have asked the Federal Reserve to grant them an additional five-year grace period to comply with the Volcker rule, sources told Reuters.
