With This Ring
With this one ring and dawn-blushed eyes
we pledge our love in awakening skies
Rose-lipped bower and dew-kissed sighs
bind us together with the ring that ties
The silken threads of hope and trust
through time eternal, with heavenly thrust
Our prayers, our dreams— our earthly lust
with hearts united, adjoined we entrust
Adorned and veiled in silk and lace
eyes meet— my desire reflects in your face
Vows spoken, echoed throughout space
to live our lives in devotion’s embrace
