TODAY IS NATIONAL DAY OF ENCOURAGEMENT!
Every day provides us with an opportunity to celebrate life. One of the best ways to celebrate life is by encouraging others. Encouragement can be a game changer, you never know the impact your words of encouragement may have on the recipient. It can make a real difference. So today and every day I urge you to offer encouragement to the people in your life.
WORDS OF ENCOURAGEMENT
What is encouragement,
it is nourishment,
that builds confidence,
it creates competence.
It gives one hope,
and helps them cope.
Allowing them to carry on,
while remaining strong.
Encouragement is often confused,
with praise, that is misused.
It is the effort one displays,
that’s worthy of praise.
Focusing on the outcome,
makes some people become,
risk adverse,
which is worse.
They don’t reach for new heights,
and live a life that doesn’t excite.
So be kind,
keep in mind,
encouraging words
need to be heard,
to help people shine,
it doesn’t take a lot of time.
