In the past period, I was eating more sugars, so I finally decided to stay away from them and start exercising with healthy eating. My first dish was this. I expect that I can continue with this trend.
So I tried a very delicious recipe without fat, which is potatoes with a little spice, I boiled potatoes in water for five minutes, and then used an air fryer, it tastes sweeter than fried in fat, I advise you to try it!
