It sounds weird and unbelievable that in the 21st century people and tribes like this still exist, but to be frank they do and one of such tribes is the Sentinelese tribes, the most isolated tribe in the world living on an island that is part of the Andaman group of island situated off the coast of India in the Bay of Bengal. This tribe have repeatedly fought against civilization and they would do anything to resist it. This tribe lives in a small forest island called North sentinel and will attack anyone that comes very close to their territory. This tribe are mainly hunters and they hunt in groups and they also fish. But over time they are no signs of agriculture in the island meaning this tribes doesn't farm. From all indications, it appears that they get their food from two main sources which is the forest and the sea. They eat lots of coconut and other smaller fruits they gather from the forest, hunt and eat animals. But there have never been signs that this tribe makes fire so it means the eat the animals raw as well as fishes and turtles from the sea. There have never been any record of cannibalism amongs the sentinelese tribe.
This Sentinelese tribe lives in large community huts built with sticks, they don't wear cloths all they wear are leaves, fiber strings and headbands which they make using vines. Their men carry weapons about like bow and arrows made from stones or animal bones. Their population has an estimate of 220 individuals.
Due to the resistance from this tribe, no one has been able to identify the kind of language the Sentinelese tribe speak but it is assumed that this tribe speak a single language because for sure they do communicate.
This tribe have made it very clear that they don't want any form of contact with the civilized world. People of different countries have tried to communicate with the Sentinelese tribe but to no avail. They are known to be intensely hostile and destructive, they are very primitive and teritorial so once you over step your boundaries to their territory, it is either you kill them or get killed.
Before I end this write-up I will like to ask a question, How have this tribe been able to survive for about 50,000 years without a single medical aide and how on earth did they survive the 2004 India ocean earthquake and tsunami?
