**Hello, friends! We are in Turkey! Today I'd like to introduce a new section called Unboxing. I love watching such videos on Tik Tok from bloggers and ordinary users. For example, while living in Norway, I learned about some interesting products that are equivalent to Ukrainian ones. And now we have reached one of the largest supermarkets in our area in Istanbul called Metro. I really love these supermarkets where you can find everything you need in one place. And of course, the first section we came to was the vegetable section. How I love these bright, beautifully laid out vegetables: I want to buy everything at once. One of my favorite veggies is broccoli, so that's what I pick up. The prices have gone up noticeably, which actually upset me. So I started comparing the prices of food in Norway and Turkey. As for vegetables, of course, they are cheaper in Turkey. For example, a kilo of broccoli cost me 40 Turkish liras ($1.40), when in Norway I bought 400 grams of broccoli for $3. Then we moved on to fruit. I really like kiwi, so I immediately took a whole basket. In Turkey, 1 kilo of kiwi costs $1.4, and in Norway, 1 piece costs $1. Impressive, right? An avocado costs $0.66 in Turkey and $3.2 in Norway. But now I was really shocked. Shopping in such a big and beautiful supermarket is a pleasure. Just look at this aesthetic satisfaction. Everything looks so beautiful, even these ordinary pumpkins.

And my love for greens began a long time ago, during the pandemic. After reading about the benefits of onions, garlic, and parsley, I tried to add them to every dish. But you have to admit, it really changes the taste and flavor of the dishes. Metro also has a great gluten-free section. Of course, the prices are high, but the products are of excellent quality. I sometimes stop by this section to pick up some almond flour for baking. This time I noticed spirulina. It is an algae with a high content of iron, copper, and B vitamins. In Norway, Philadelphia cream cheese was a regular guest in my fridge. And now, while looking for it in Turkey, I came across its price tag - $5.85 (while in Norway it costs $2). But I was not upset because I found a great analog - Labne. Our shopping came to the end and now we are at home. The total check we got was for 900 Turkish liras, or $31. I think it's an affordable price for such a bunch of products, considering that prices have gone up. And now the list of products: cheese, salmon fillet, cookies, soda, kiwi, broccoli, juice, carrots, milkshake, yogurt, cheddar cheese, chickpeas, avocado, cornflakes, green onions, parsley, eggplant.
