January Snowy Walk, part 2 - Wyoming

Casper has many alleyways which lets you get closer to the trees than you might otherwise get. This is great for snow photography.

First some aspen or birch... The white bark looks amazing with the snow and sun.

Then some pine. Previously, the sun wasn't out, so I didn't get the fullness of the white snow. This time I did.

Spruce in the background. Maybe a locust in the foreground.

More snow predicted for tomorrow night, but only an inch if we're lucky. I depend on fresh snow for the best pictures. Nothing else is (generally) worth making the effort for. This time, however, we still have the old snow hanging around, so it will help.

Taken with my Pentax K30 in 2019.
