Hello All,
Unlike previous years, here in Sri Lanka, it's always rainy. I think something has changed during the last couple of years. Because previously we had four climate seasons, but we never experienced regular rainy seasons during that time. Now everything has been changed.
According to the report published by the UN - IPCC world is warming faster than expected. Yes, it can be, because the human race believes the world belongs to us. So they pollute it & destroy the beauty of nature. I could remember one of the stupid Sri Lankan politicians asked at a debate Why do we need Oxygen? Do we need that to eat? Honestly, I never heard such idiotic words from any politician before.
According to the UN - IPCC Report, they highlighted few points that seem true when comparing with the recent climate changes of Sri Lanka.
Today photograph - I had no idea of the name of this flower, but when I Googled I have seen it belongs to the family of "Strelitzia". There are different colors of this flower & later I will share with you how its seeding happens.

- Climate change is intensifying the water cycle. This brings more intense rainfall and associated flooding, as well as more intense drought in many regions.
- Climate change is affecting rainfall patterns. In high latitudes, precipitation is likely to increase, while it is projected to decrease over large parts of the subtropics. Changes to monsoon precipitation are expected, which will vary by region.
