Longwood Gardens Visit Part I!

Today, I visited the Pensilvania’s pride an enormous and amazingly beautiful Longwood Gardens and I as well took a lot of photos. Thought I'd share them here. For anyone who hasn't been there yet, this place is a mansion, literally. It's the pinnacle of indoor gardening and I can't recommend it enough for everyone to go.

I was particularly fascinated by how manicured the whole place is; the arrangements are generally extremely symmetrical and orderly, with many flowers and bushes having been arranged in or cut to specific shapes, almost like a topiary

The main fountain is pretty impressive. The water jets are enormous. There is a waterfall behind the main fountain as well as an interesting structure called the Tower - which looks like what its called.

There are some hills where you can take a nice 1.7 mile long walk, but they are very gradual and not all that tall. It’s very relaxing to walk there and watching birds.
