**ENGLISH** For some time now things have been happening in my life of which I have been getting progressively tired, I have reached a point of collapse and without realizing it, crying and anger took over me. I have never felt so much helplessness and sadness together, I like to be loyal to me and to the people I appreciate, but there are those who do not value the affection, effort and love I have given. I ended a friendship of years with a person who I love with my heart but who had attitudes that went against the beautiful friendship we had, from lying to me, manipulating me and so on. Years ago we were a couple and we ended it the hard way, being friends, since as a couple we didn't work, so many situations happened and even though my intuition said that something was going on I decided to trust.

**ESPAÑOL** Desde hace un tiempo han pasado cosas en mi vida de las cuáles me he ido cansando de forma progresiva, he llegado a un punto de colapso y sin darme cuenta el llanto y la rabia se apoderaron de mí. Jamás había sentido tanta impotencia y tristeza juntas, me gusta ser leal a mí y a las personas que aprecio, pero hay quienes no valoran el cariño, el esfuerzo y el amor que he brindado. Terminé una amistad de años con una persona la cuál amo con el corazón pero que tuvo actitudes que fueron en contra de la amistad tan bonita que teníamos, desde mentirme, manipular me y demás. Hace años nosotros fuimos pareja y terminamos por las malas, siendo amigos, ya que como pareja no funcionamos, pasaron tantas situaciones de las cuáles aunque mi intuición decía que algo pasaba decidí confiar.

More than pain for everything that happened, I feel sadness for the innocent and naive I was, I was a child when we met and I always trusted him. Today, with maturity and all the experience I have, I realized so many things and the most sensible decision was to cut all relationship with this person. Besides this, there are also many things going around in my head which I must sit down and make the right and healthiest decisions for those involved, from my family, friends, college classmates and other people close to me for whom I was the best person possible, I was so kind that I was taken for naive, this is over and now I feel an incredible liberation and fullness, I did not know the weight I was carrying and which was hurting me so much, it caused me bitterness and irritation. It's all over now and I feel good, there are still things I have to do but my perspective has changed.

Más que dolor por todo lo sucedido, siento tristeza por la inocente e ingenua que fuí, era una niña cuando nos conocimos y desde siempre confié en él. Hoy en día, con madurez y toda la experiencia que llevo me di cuenta de tantas cosas y la decisión más sensata fue cortar toda relación con esta persona. Además de esto, también hay muchas cosas que rondan por mi cabeza a las cuáles debo sentarme y tomar las decisiones correctas y más saludables para los involucrados, desde mi familia, amigos, compañeros de universidad y demás personas allegadas a mí por las cuales fui la mejor persona posible, fui tan bondadosa que me tomaron por ingenua, esto se acabó y ahora siento una liberación y plenitud increíbles, no sabía el peso que estaba cargando y el cuál me hacía tanto daño, me causó amargura e irritación. Ya todo terminó y me siento bien, aún hay cosas que debo hacer pero ya mi perspectiva cambió.

It just so happened that everything happened close to my dental appointment, so I had to travel to my dad's house, the town where my dentist is located. On the way back home I exploded and asked my dad for comfort, who after calming me down gave me space to talk about everything that was bothering me. Being at home made me feel very good, I was surrounded by my family, pets, and lots of love, I also asked the same day of my arrival to talk with a person that although we had shared little time together I knew I needed his love and energy, the conversation we had was long and now I have a new friend that I never thought that something like this could happen. I thank him for every word, gesture and love he gave me that day. Today I walked and distracted myself with my home, enjoyed my family and my cat, found new bunches of bananas and plantains, found a pineapple and watched the chickens go about their day. For some reason I feel this all happened close to my travel date for a reason, coming home was good for me and I am grateful for that. I stopped posting because of all that I am telling you but today I feel much better and I am ready for all the wonderful things that life has in store for me. Have a great day

Dió la casualidad que todo ocurrió cerca de mi cita para el odontólogo, por esta razón debía viajar a casa de mi papá, pueblo donde se encuentra mi dentista. En el regreso a casa estallé y pedí consuelo a mi papá el cuál luego de calmarme me dió espacio para charlar todo aquello que me aflijia. Estar en casa me hizo sentir muy bien, estuve rodeada de mi familia, mascotas, y mucho amor, pedí también el mismo día de mi llegada conversar con una persona que aunque habíamos compartido poco tiempo juntos sabía que necesitaba de su cariño y energía, la conversación que tuvimos fue larga y ahora tengo un nuevo amigo que jamás creí que algo así podría llegar a pasar. Le agradezco cada palabra, gesto y amor que me brindó ese día. Hoy caminé y me distraje con mi hogar, disfruté de mi familia y de mi gata, encontré nuevos racimos de plátanos y bananas, encontré una piña y ví como las gallinas pasaban el día. Por alguna razón siento que todo esto ocurrió cerca de la fecha de mi viaje por una razón, volver a casa me hizo bien y estoy agradecida por ello. Dejé de publicar por todo lo que les cuento pero ya hoy me siento mucho mejor y estoy lista para todo aquello maravilloso que la vida tiene para mí. Tengan excelente día
