Paradises that heal the soul

Sometimes you do not know how to feel better, how to find your well-being, your freedom or your happiness. Sometimes we do not know what to do or where to go and is seen and shown that traveling and observing landscapes feed the soul, raise the spirit and release the spirit of stress.

For those who happen to something similar I recommend you visit these beaches, or some similar that you have close. On the internet comes many recommendations.

For example where I live, in Cadiz, there are many beaches and coves worth seeing, starting with the beaches closest to me.

  • Camposoto Beach:

Also located in San Fernando, more to the outskirts, in military zone, because formerly it was a military beach with an area cut by it, beach from which the Castle of Sancti Petri is seen.
Its sand is very clean and its waters are normally clear. Area monitored by first responders.

  • "La Casería" Beach:

This old beach located a few minutes from where I live, in San Fernando (Cadiz), also known as Caño Herrera Beach or Playa de la Casería de Ossio, is a beach rich in mud and not very sandy, for those who want that kind of therapy. Although previously frequented by swimmers, it is perfect for a walk and breathe fresh air, as well as being able to enjoy the bars and beach bars by the beach.

  • Sancti Petri Beach:

Beach that follows the one of Camposoto crossing with a small boat the "Punta del Boquerón" (end of beach Camposoto), has good waters, little swell and tranquility. Area monitored by first responders.

You have the opportunity to rent kayaks, padlesurf and various water sports.
Located in Sancti Petri (Chiclana de la Frontera)

La Barrosa Beach:

Continuity of the Sancti Petri Beach, located in Chiclana de la Frontera. In full area of tapas in the Barrosa. Usually good waters and medium swell area. Guarded by first responders.
