Seguidamente picamos las salchichas en círculo, se la agregamos a él aliño sofrito con la sal al gusto removemos por 3 minutos más y listo. >To prepare the sausage sofrito we proceed to wash and chop the tomato and onion in squares, then in a frying pan with oil over medium heat we place the seasoning and stir it with a spoon for 3 minutes. Hacemos unas arepas redondas la colocamos a cocinar en una plancha caliente a fuego medio hasta que por las dos cara de la arepa esté lista. >We proceed to prepare the arepas, in a bowl add the two cups of flour, bread, salt to taste and water, then knead until it is a homogeneous and smooth dough.
