This meukutop monument is known as teuku umar monument. This monument was made as a symbol of the location of the shot of Teuku Umar during a battle with the Netherlands led by Van Der Dussen. Teuku umar was shot dead on 11 February 1899 in Meulaboh, West Aceh precisely at the location of the monument was erected.thanks by @asma97
