Hello dear Steemians,
wie ihr vielleicht mitbekommen habt, gehe ich sehr gerne mit meinem Mountainbike auf Tour. Ein Gebiet, das ich ganz besonders gerne befahre, ist ein Abschnitt im Südspessart zwischen Faulbach am Main und der Gemeinde Collenberg, die zum Landkreis Miltenberg gehört. Man hat die Wahl relativ eben auf dem gut ausgebauten Maintal-Radweg zu fahren, oder über die bergigen "Waldautobahnen" und Trails im unterfränkischen Spessart. Dieses Idyll befindet sich am Main direkt zwischen Stadtprozelten und Faulbach.

as you may have noticed, I like to go on tour with my mountain bike. One area I particularly enjoy is a section in the southern Spessart between Faulbach am Main and the municipality of Collenberg, which belongs to the district of Miltenberg. The choice is relatively flat on the well-developed Maintal cycle path or via the mountainous "forest motorways" and trails in the Lower Franconian Spessart.
This idyll is located on the Main directly between Stadtprozelten and Faulbach.
Auf dieser Tour war mein Zielort Fechenbach, das zur Gemeinde Collenberg (Bayern) gehört. Aber erst geht es noch an Dorfprozelten vorbei, wo man einen herrlichen Blick auf den Main und die Weinberge genießen kann.

On this tour my destination was Fechenbach, which belongs to the municipality of Collenberg (Bavaria). But first we pass village tents, where we can enjoy a wonderful view of the Main and the vineyards.

Im Ortsteil Fechbach liegt St. Stephanus Kirche und gebenüber die Gedenktafel, an der ich mal kurz innehielt und mir die Frage stellte, ob die Menschheit denn seit dem Krieg irgendetwas dazugelernt hat.
In the district Fechbach lies St. Stephanus church and give me the commemorative plaque, where I paused for a moment and asked myself whether humanity has learned anything since the war.
Unweit der Kirche befindet sich eine wunderschön gelegene Anlage für Bogenschützen.

Not far from the church is a beautifully situated archery complex.
Oberhalb davon herrliche Rad- und Wanderwege, und ein herrlicher Trail führt auch direkt zur Collenburgruine.

Above it there are wonderful cycling and hiking trails, and a wonderful trail also leads directly to the Collenburg ruin.
Dies soll es mit dem ersten Teil vom Biking nach und in Collenburg gewesen sein. Aus den beiden Worten Collenberg und Biking habe ich auch das Wort Collenbiking meiner Überschrift geschöpft.
Ich hoffe der Beitrag hat Euch gefallen. Alle Fotos habe ich wie immer selbst mit einer Canon EOS 600 D gemacht - heute habe ich auch auf eine Bildnachbearbeitung verzichtet.

This is said to have been the case with the first part from biking to and in Collenburg. From the two words Collenberg and Biking I also drew the word Collenbiking of my headline.
