A few weeks ago, I was walking past this place at 177 Toa Payoh Central. I felt the tiles on the floor coming loose. There were more than a few tiles with the issue. I reported the issue to the town council. They told me there is labour shortage problem due to COVID-19 and they hope to fix this by 17-Jun. Meanwhile, they had blocked off the area.
