Hi and Hello
I took a 4 day trip some time ago to visit some of the iconic places I know in middle Norway - drove aver 970km from Dovrefjell National Park, to Stryn, Hjelle, Lovatnet, Geiranger, Trollstigen and back to Dovre where I spent my last, fourth night.
Since I visited the Lovatnet lake two years ago I knew I will be back there - but this time I took my kayak - Advanced Elements AdvancedFrame - inflatable kayak which easily fit in my car's roof rack.
Lovatnet lake is one of the most beautiful lakes I have seen so far - turquoise waters from melting glaciers above on high mountains, steep, high peaks with waterfalls, magical forests around, many beaches on the coastline...
It was amazing experience - one of the best during that trip.
It is an example why we have to make our dreams come true sometimes - to feel what I was feeling that moment, that day.
I spent around 6 hours paddling around the shores of the lake, enjoying every moment, trying to memorize the feeling and the experiences.
Driving 500 km one was was worth it!
Lovatnet lake, #Jostedalsbreen National Park, #Norway, end of July 2021.
