Fishing...errrr ice fishing I mean. Well same shit at the end of the day. A bunch of pals sitting around with string tied to stick waiting for a fish who is looking for a snack to come along and hopefully it is tricked into biting our bait. The most fun EVER or is it?
When you are catching fish of course! But if you go on a wicked long dry streak that is when I can be pushed to my limits.Yes there are worse was to spend a day than sitting in a warm ice fishing hut on a frozen lake up in good ole Manitoba, Canada. But damn those doldrums can drag on and on and on. Unless of course you are hauling fish up left and right but unfortunately we were not.
This wasn't the end of the world though as it was a beautiful day! I took the lack of fish as a sign to get out and shoot some photos. Hope y'all enjoy!
