Saludos mis queridos amigos de Hive. Hoy quiero compartir la experiencia de poner al día en materia de declaraciones de impuestos a mi amiga Mary Lourdes Linares, específicamente, referidas al Impuesto al Valor Agregado (IVA.) e Impuesto Sobre La Renta (ISLR). https://i.imgur.com/4pwI5gl.png *Iniciando la actualización*

Mi amiga Mary Lourdes es Contadora Pública, la conocí en el año 2012, cuando ingresó a trabajar en la empresa donde yo trabajaba, laboramos juntas como por tres años, yo en Convenios Nacionales e Internacionales y ella como Jefe de Tesorería, haciendo un excelente equipo de trabajo. Hacen cuatro años, ella se fue para Argentina buscando progresar por allá, debido a la situación crítica que vive Venezuela; recientemente regresó al país y actualmente se desempeña en el área de Planificación y Presupuesto de la Universidad Politécnica Territorial Andrés Eloy Blanco (UPTAEB) de Barquisimeto; además cumple funciones de Tesorera en una empresa privada. Su visión es independizarse mediante el libre ejercicio de su profesión, para lograr mejores condiciones laborales y de ingresos; como ha estado fuera del país, necesita actualizarse en materia contable, financiera y tributaria para lograr su objetivo. Me contactó por correo, nos comunicamos telefónicamente para definir lo que ella necesitaba y le comenté que yo realizo todo lo referente a registro de las empresas ante los organismos parafiscales y sus declaraciones tributarias. Fue así como concertamos un encuentro para iniciar con la actualización, siendo prioridad para ella, actualizarse en lo referente a las declaraciones de Impuesto al Valor Agregado (IVA) e Impuesto Sobre La Renta (ISLR). https://i.imgur.com/zgNxU0W.png *Mi amiga y yo*

Iniciamos la actualización elaborando un formato en Excel, con una hoja para crear el libro de compras, otra para el libro de ventas, otra para los cálculos de Impuesto al Valor Agregado (IVA) mensual, una con los cálculos del Impuesto Sobre La Renta (ISLR), una última hoja con los cálculos del desgravamen y las rebajas que aplican, donde se encuentran los datos de Unidad Tributaria y Tarifas para verificación. Luego de terminar la explicación en el formato de excel y aclarar las dudas, tocó realizar las declaraciones de estos impuestos en el Portal del Servicio Nacional Integrado de Administración Aduanera y Tributaria (SENIAT). https://i.imgur.com/ZQFBPXo.png *En la página Web del SENIAT*

En el Portal del SENIAT, donde se realiza la Declaración del IVA, le fui indicando paso a paso cada proceso para el registro de los conceptos requeridos y sus montos; Mary Lourdes iba haciendo los registros, previamente determinados en el formato de excel y pasando cada proceso en la página, bajo mi supervisión, hasta lograr declarar cada mes del año 2023 de la empresa, a la cual tenía que hacerle sus declaraciones tributarias. Le indiqué como consultar el Estado de cuenta y emitir las Declaraciones y los Certificados de la declaración de cada mes. Emitió los Certificados y visualizó el Estado de cuenta, todo resultó perfecto. Continuamos con el registro de la información en el Portal del SENIAT correspondiente al Impuesto sobre la Renta (ISLR), igual como lo hicimos con el IVA, le indiqué el paso a paso e hizo los registros de los datos previamente asentados y calculados en el formato de Excel, avanzando en cada ventana de la declaración de impuesto sobre la renta, hasta lograr culminarla, verificó que el resultado fuera similar al calculado en excel, siendo igual, sólo generó una diferencia de 0,01 entre los cálculos de Excel y los del Sistema del SENIAT, lo cual es inmaterial. Así culminó esta jornada de actualización para Declarar el Impuesto al Valor Agregado (IVA) e Impuesto Sobre La Renta (ISLR), en este caso, fue una Firma Unipersonal, lo que indica que es persona natural, no asalariado territorial con actividad económica, como si fuese una persona jurídica. We started the update by creating a format in Excel, with a sheet to create the purchase ledger, another one for the sales ledger, another one for the monthly Value Added Tax (VAT) calculations, one with the Income Tax (IT) calculations, a last sheet with the tax relief calculations and the rebates that apply, where the Tax Unit and Rates data for verification can be found. In the SENIAT Portal, where the VAT Declaration is made, I showed her step by step each process for the registration of the required concepts and their amounts; Mary Lourdes was making the registrations, previously determined in the excel format and passing each process in the page, under my supervision, until she managed to declare each month of the year 2023 of the company, to which she had to make her tax declarations. I showed him how to consult the Statement of Account and issue the Declarations and the Certificates of the declaration of each month. He issued the Certificates and viewed the Statement of Account, everything was perfect. We continued with the registration of the information in the SENIAT Portal corresponding to the Income Tax (IT), just as we did with the VAT, I indicated the step by step and made the records of the data previously recorded and calculated in the Excel format, advancing in each window of the income tax return, until it was completed, verified that the result was similar to that calculated in excel, being equal, only generated a difference of 0.01 between the calculations of Excel and the SENIAT System, which is immaterial. Thus culminated this update day to declare the Value Added Tax (VAT) and Income Tax (IT), in this case, it was a Sole Proprietorship, which indicates that it is a natural person, not a territorial employee with economic activity, as if it were a legal person.
