Meatless meal doesn't need to be boring.

I've been a vegetarian for two years and now slowly shifting to a plant-based diet.

I had an appointment with a lifestyle medicine doctor last March who recommended The Power Plate (TPP). It's basically including fruits, legumes, whole grains and vegetables in every meal.

The plate below is something close to TPP. Some modifications could be made like using red or brown rice instead of white, adding fruits and frying everything with water. Yes, you read that right. You can fry with water. :)
