Others dislike when we are angry

We must know that emotions are intense intense feelings that are shown to someone or something. Emotion is also a reaction to an event or someone who is shown when feeling happy about something, angry with someone or afraid of something. When our emotions tend to want to strike back and hurt others and have a strong desire to take revenge on people who have hurt us.

But the thing that we are contemplating is that when we are controlled by emotion we spend a lot of negative energy which can be dangerous health. Our thoughts tend to be unstable and uncontrolled, causing us to act recklessly and rashly like the snake. We tend to want to harm people who have hurt us. For that we need to control emotions so that we do not act wrong which results in harming ourselves and others. In times of emotion we should not act immediately but quiet for a moment while taking a deep breath to reduce the anger of the silly disease.
