Hola querida familia de HIVE, muy en especial a todos los que integramos esta hermosa Comunidad de FOODIES, hoy les quiero mostrar una receta dulce: Jugo de Guayaba, es una bebida deliciosas, fácil y rápida de preparar.

La guayaba es una fruta tropical que abunda en mi estado Barinas, ayer las recogimos en casa de mi tía, que tiene un árbol lleno de estas frutas y preparé un jugo para que mis hijos Sebastián y Andrés lo llevaran al colegio para sus desayunos y meriendas.

Ingredientes:

300 kilogramos de Guayaba.
700 mililitros de agua.
4 cucharadas de Azúcar.
Hielo.

Paso a Paso:

Comencé por lavar las guayabas y quitarles parte del tallo, luego las piqué, este procedimiento lo hice con las manos, seguidamente agregué las guayabas a la licuadora, agua y azúcar.

Seguidamente empecé a batir hasta obtener una textura homogénea, añadí un poco más de agua, porque la mezcla estaba demasiado espesa.

Sigo colando para eliminar el exceso y las semillas de la propia fruta.

Agrego hielo al vaso, vierto el jugo y listo para degustar.

Resultado Final:

Hello dear HIVE family, especially to all of you who are part of this beautiful FOODIES Community, today I want to show you a sweet recipe: Guava Juice, it is a delicious, easy and quick drink to prepare.

Guava is a tropical fruit that abounds in my state of Barinas, we picked them yesterday at my aunt's house, who has a tree full of these fruits and I made juice for my sons Sebastian and Andres to take to school for their breakfasts and snacks.

Ingredients:

Step by Step:

I started by washing the guavas and removing part of the stem, then I chopped them, this procedure was done with my hands, then I added the guavas to the blender, water and sugar.

I continue straining to remove the excess and the seeds of the fruit itself.

I add ice to the glass, pour the juice and ready to taste.
