As you all know, we cannot change the past, whatever has happened, it already did. We cannot go back in time and change it to our advantage. I have definitely had experiences where i'm dying to go back and change some things, but the only thing left we all have is the present and the possible future.
The message about Inhelding the future and Exhaling the Past means that anything we have regret during all this time, we need to let it go and live life peacefully. In other words, it is about forgiving yourself and others.
Forgiving yourself isn't something that happens overnight. It is one of the hardest things a human being can experice in this life. It is easier to forgive others than forgiving yourself.
But the question now is: How can you forgive others if you don't even forgive yourself?
Interesting question we all have in order to let the bad past go and focus on the future. The negative Past will follow you everwhere you go if you don't let it go. Good and bad things show up over and over again without having a way to control the outcome of things. This is actually how you can evolve spiritually speaking in every aspect of your life.
Let the the negative past go, the moment you do, you will become a better human being.
