Nature Lover you'll love this place— Banaue Rice Terraces, Philippines.

In the mountainous Neuva Vizcaya, home to the indigenous tribe Ifugao is where the ancient 6000 years old Banaue Rice Terraces is located. In time immemorial, the people of Ifugao were struggling where to plant their crops, perhaps, one of them had a brilliant solution— to carve the mountains and plant there. God only knows how many years specifically they did that for the records was erased during the colonization.

I personally believe that this is a great achievement, an achievement worthy of recognition similar to that of the pyramids.

Starting today I am also going to post travel destinations in the Philippines and try to promote the country.
