HF21 And Some Changes
Autovoting Timer
@silvertop had asked me the question about the voting time space been changed to 5 minutes but I had thought it was 1 minute based on the last readings I had been following. However, I confirmed from the proof @silvertop provided and from my comment exchange with @thecryptodrive that the voting time space for a post is now 5 minutes.
As with the 15 minutes voting space where we had to vote earlier (13 to 14 minutes) to get better rewards I will be setting the upvoting timer to 4 minutes tomorrow. Please check my chat with @thecryptodrive below to understand why this is so.
Income Sharing
As I mentioned in my special update to the community, a percentage of @upvotebuilders power down income will be distributed to members as originally planned from inception of the community.
At the beginning, 30% of our income was to be distributed to members, I think we should still leave it at 30% so that we can have the resources to continue to grow the community SP and also renew expiring leases.
It may not be so big at the beginning as our current power down income is just about 38+ Steem. But, with our increased SP and potential earning from curation this value is bound to increase and in effect increase what members receive weekly.
Whatever happens after HF21, stay calm, I am sure the management would sort them out.

Membership @upvotebuilders is by DELEGATION ONLY, it is not a paid for community. If you want to sponsor the community you can freely delegate SP to us and specify that it is for sponsorship or you can send us Steem/SBD to lease more SP. Our sponsors don’t receive upvotes from the community account except they specifically want to be a member and also sponsor the community in the way they feel best for them.

• Click on "Tools" and then "Delegation Manager".
• Enter your username without "@" symbol as Delegator name.
• Click on "Load" button.
• Write "upvotebuilders" as Delegatee name.
• Enter amount as Steem Power.
• Click on "Delegate!" button.
• Steemconnect page will open and now you should click on "Continue" button to approve delegation.
You can also undelegate using this method by changing the delegation value to 0. Thank you.
