This is my update on my dCity status.
The plan for this week was to buy enough cards to be able to turn around the popularity effect of the Garbage Dump, which I succeeded to achieve:
My city has currently 251 cards (with nine more cards compared to the previous week), it has a population of 765, a popularity of 215, and generates 541 SIM (after taxes).
