Frida Kahlo was born in Mexico in 1907 and is widely recognized in her country as in the rest of the world for her political ideas and for her strong character through which she left the image of the strong and warrior woman, she married the muralist painter Diego Rivera who is the creator of the muralist movement in Latin America.
Another facet is her tormented life product of numerous diseases that accompanied her throughout her life, it is precisely this point that the feminist movements take into account, turning her into an icon to follow for her strength and temperament before the tragedies that life gave her.

Her technique and style are between a thin line, surrealism and realism are par excellence the genres in painting most used by Frida Kahlo during her artistic trajectory, although there are some paintings in which some expressionist features can be appreciated.
Frida Kahlo's works were loaded with many popular codes of Mexican art, expressing in her paintings many stories that she extracted from her extensive knowledge in archaeology and anthropology, even her way of dressing was part of the aboriginal designs, Tehuana dresses and many flowers in hair.
At that time he aspired to study medicine. In this school, he met future Mexican intellectuals and artists and was part of a group of students known as "Los Cachuchas," named for the caps they wore. Only two women belonged to this group: Carmen Jaime and Frida herself.
The place that I live in as home was recognized by the media because it became a meeting place for different artists, the so-called blue house, was located in the city of Coyoacán, which belonged to Frida's father. Among the artistic and political personalities who gathered in the blue house are Leon Trotsky, Henry Moore, Remedios Varo, the Spanish artist I spoke about in yesterday's publication, and André Bretón.
