I started the paleo a two months ago and not only have I lost over twenty pounds I'm also off of insulin, metformin, high blood pressure meds, acid reflux meds and cholesterol meds. Of you have diabetes, high cholesterol, stomach issues, high triglycerides etc this is the best plan to become healthy. This is my new way of eating and I love it!
