A Cat Tassel Toy is AL's second favorite toy after a mouse toy. --- I bought this toy when AL was 4 months old. The AL started nibbling at whatever it found. Then, the Navy was attracted to something that swayed like tassels. So I bought this Cat Tassel Toy for AL.
