Waves must be made to gain focus on how impactuful the use of a blockchain can be, because most of the world still has no clue a blockchain even is. The prevalence of an eroding health care system on top of a failing economy should be enough for people to seek refuge... but people need to see in order to believe, and I believe FarmaTrust can open people's eyes.
I for one know first hand how important the right medication can be, and please do watch my video to see what I mean by this (...and apologies ahead of time, but DTube for some reason doesn't accept my uploads, I will try and conquer this issue for the next contest..) . People across the world suffer from ailments treatable by medicine found with the evolution of medicine and science, but for some reason greed and selfishness trumps empathy and respect. The health care system is a constant debacle in the United States (where I live), and there is honestly no end in sight as the country thrives of medical debt and basically forcing the bankruptcy of many undeserving citizens. A corrupt system breeds corrupt citizens, and this is one of the roots of counterfeit medicine and the selling of medicine to others.
With a blockchain solution like FarmaTrust is proposing, there would be a reduction in accidental deaths caused by mistaken medicine and drug overdose. There have not only been cases of fake medication on the market, there have been epidemics across the midwest states in which teenagers are buying the medications of the elderly who seem to make more money selling their medicine than from the government who claim they want to help..... This vicious cycle stops with the immutable ledger; when every transaction and movement of a single pill is securely tracked for all to see, there can be no case of devious mishandling as every miscreant who puts drugs out in the world will be caught... and face the consequences.
People fear transparency because the government fears transparency, when we can break the mold of what past laws have guided us to do...we can see that it is best to be honest and open in a very literal way so no one even has the urge to be indecent or criminal. This starts with health care medications, but the innovations of FarmaTrust could lead to integration with popular insurance brands worldwide and possibly reduce rates for people globally. Imagine a balanced and a fair health care system in which the government had no say to the principle or actions of its citizens in regards to what they do with 'health'.
There is no greater good than securing the health of others, and FarmaTrust is an incredible venture in see the goals.. and seeing what can be accomplished with the use of blockchain technology. I would love to see the integration of FarmaTrust tokens at local clinics and Emergency Rooms and pharmacies. I can see people who lack both insurance and fiat having ZOI tokens to utilize and order medications with that. There is a checks and balances system to everything, and nothing is free in this world... but things can be much more fair and effective in terms of people's health, because in the end it is all we truly have. I wish FarmaTrust the best in its campaign to get people their medication more effectively, and eventually hassle free with lower costs and no (centralized) government involvement.
