Hello everyone!

This is a compilation post that will serve as a summary and status of the onboarding program. For those who are late to the party, OCD's onboarding program aims to bring more users to Hive and retain those users through the curation of posts submitted by the onboarders.

Anyone who's active in Hive is invited to apply as an OCD onboarder. Please see the details of the application process at the end of this post.

We are John Carlo a.k.a. Huan and Sharmayne a.k.a. Sharm, both IT practitioners who love to travel, explore, make DIYs, and eat. We are from Cebu, Philippines, and are currently working in Japan. @wittyzell introduced Hive to us, so support Witz by checking her blogs as well.

You may be wondering why/who Channing Tantrum is. It's just a childish "tantrum" that I want to be like him when it comes to skills and charisma. As the real Channing Tatum, the multi-talented actor; we sort of a like on some levels(Not a lookalike though lol)

Caramon studios is a Nigerian media company that was born out of a need to promote the Nigeria culture to the world through animation and storytelling.

It was founded by Mgbechi Francis in 2020.

Hi! Maayo nga adlaw sa inyo tanan! Sajichi here; I'm from Mindanao. Since I was a young child, I have been singing. I have always felt that my singing is not that good, but since I started exploring the other side of the online world, my confidence has increased. I've met a lot of people that have influenced me, and I hope I can also inspire the Hive community! Especially the swifties out there please do enjoy my rendition of Taylor Swift's All Too Well, which I am sharing with all of you today.

My name is Luz Vicente but everyone calls me Luge, I grew up in a home of separated parents so my childhood was spent largely in the home of my maternal grandmother, from whom I learned many things, for example to make arepas while she told me the different family anecdotes before my birth, my grandmother is no longer here but all her teachings and those shared moments will always be in my heart. Everything I am, my values, my desire to learn and my analytical way of looking at life I owe to my beautiful mother, who with all her love made an effort and with her example guided me so that every day I try to be a better woman.

I was born in Caracas in the late 60's, you can imagine the reason for my name, Katiuska Gómez Torres. Since I was a child I liked to go for walks, go to my grandparents' hacienda and ride horses, travel by car, watch the scenery go by, day or night, always awake. Then, longer trips by plane and where I stayed for a while, Paris, France, Toronto, Canada and Rochester, USA. I was in this great movement until I was almost 18 years old, as an adult I have traveled again to Bath, England and Quito, Ecuador, for studies and recreation. From all this travel I have two languages, English and French, a great capacity for adaptation, culture and a notion of life in other countries.

Please take note that the stats do not reflect the current state of each onboarders as of this time because we are still catching up with this compilation post. The stats will be updated in each compilation post until it becomes up to date with the onboarding initiative.

OCD's onboarding program is conceptualized to be a powerful mechanism in attracting and retaining new content creators. Since incentives are given to active onboarders, it could be a nice income generation for those who wanted to focus more in inviting new users to Hive. For more information about this program, please refer to this post.

If you want to be an onboarder, join us in OCD's Discord Server and write your application in #onboarder-application channel. Your application must contain the following:

Once you've applied, there will be a vetting process. We will check your on-chain activity to make sure that you can be trusted. Once you're in, you have the capacity to make an invite link using OCD's account creation token, invite anyone you think is a good addition to Hive with a quick and no SMS required account creation, nominate the posts of your invites through a special channel for curation, and get beneficiary rewards both from the users you've invited, posts like these and more benefits in the future!

Be warned that you are responsible for your invites. Meaning, their activity reflects on how you mentor them. Any suspicious activity of your invite can be a ground for your expulsion in the program. Make sure that before they start posting in Hive, you already oriented them on the activities to avoid such as plagiarism.
